- Computer Repairs: We offer in-shop and on-site (house call) repair services.
- House Calls: House call services are available within our service radius. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
- Data Backup: We offer secure offsite data backup solutions. You are responsible for ensuring that you have backup copies of all data prior to any repair or service.
While we strive to resolve issues quickly and effectively, we do not guarantee that all services will be completed within a set time frame, as some issues may require additional diagnosis and repair time.
3. Product Sales
All products purchased from Boone Studios are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales and services are final. We do not offer refunds for any products or services, including repairs, house calls, and data backup solutions. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services and products is due upon completion of the service or at the time of purchase. For house calls, payment is due upon the technician’s arrival. We accept payment via cash and card.
6. Limitation of Liability
Boone Studios is not responsible for any loss of data, equipment damage, or incidental costs incurred during or after our services, including those arising from software installation, hardware replacement, or data backup failures. You agree that the service is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
